ยป Requested Favor: As stated before, Sakura has felt a piece of her missing from the very start without her chakra, so it's very likely that her pleas (albeit mostly either silent or grumbled in her office) were heard at some point; moreso after she participated in the war against Poseidon and all. SO, her favour will consist in the restoration of some of her canon powers.
In Naruto fandom, there is an energy which flows through every shinobi that allows them to control shadow arts and illusions as well as special attacks. Where Sasuke has special princess eyes, and Naruto has a monster in his belly, Sakura has an extremely good control of that energy, called chakra. Former mentors and superiors of hers have noted before that she's excellent at it. What does it mean? It means she can use chakra, channelling it usually to her fingers or her hand or her legs, to do anything from climbing trees to running on water, to punching the boulder blocking a cave (biiiiig boulder) and reducing it to pieces. Though she uses it for that as well, having such level of control allows Sakura to perform as a medic-nin; medic-nins can heal a stab wound without surgery, just with that energy - provided the other person has it; they can extract poison (Sakura is very good at that), and reattach limbs. They're like high-precision surgeons, only without scalpels, because most of their healing in done in the middle of a high-pressure battle.
I understand that it's unlikely for her to regain ALL OF HER POWERS because - as recent canon has shown - they're pretty extense. So for starters, I would like her to regain about 40% of them. Since Sakura comes from no special princess bloodline, all of her abilities are based on chakra. If she has it, she can store it in her body for up to three years, and use it in small bursts in the meantime. Having chakra at all for her would be an advantage already. She's smart, she would know how to store it and hone it so that it's better.
However, to specify the limitations and extent of this favour: this level of her powers back would mean she could form shadow clones and genjutsu (illusions) that would last about a few minutes, but would be very fragile - the clones would not be undefeatable, they'd poof out of existence as soon as they were touched; the illusions would be dispelled even by someone only minimally aware of being under an illusion. She'd be able to walk up trees, but anything lasting longer than ten minutes - a fight, running on water, running on trees, whatever exercise that demands she focus chakra to her legs/limbs - would result in exhaustion for about a day, which would lead to some very interesting things, if she ever needs to fight or defend someone. Medically, she'd be able to heal small cuts on her cast members; again, any procedure lasting longer than ten minutes would exhaust her.
She won't be happy about being sent back to practically starter level, but she'd be happy to have such an essential part of herself back. It would make for a happy camper, or a less disgruntled one, and that'd work out in the long run I think.
PAYMENT; Ares picks up on Sakura's self-hating and need to feel like she has something to contribute. He finds them sickening, but her abilities interest him enough to allow her a chance to prove herself worthy of their return.
Sakura will begin to have recurring nightmares of being treated as completely useless and being excluded from everything that she *knows* she could contribute to but when she tries, only proving those deriding her right. These will come at least once a week and will continue until Sakura has a true epiphany that she is not as useless as she often fears.
As this is something that is meant to force her to come to terms with this part of herself, we do expect it to take some time for it to come to her. I cannot happen over night and should take at least a month of dedicated self-exploration. (though obviously, if it's IC, can take longer)
When she finally does have the epiphany, the nightmares will end and her powers will be restored to her immediately.
